1. About us

2. Scope
These terms apply to every use of this website and every order placed through it. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept these terms, together with our privacy policy, shipping policy and returns & refunds policy.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.
4. Products
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. All products are subject to availability. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will tell you and refund any payment.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Delivery is free on every order. Any taxes included in the price are shown at checkout; import duties charged by your country are not included unless stated. Payment is taken when you place your order. Accepted methods are listed in our payment policy. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
6. Orders and contract
After you place an order you receive an order confirmation email. The contract between you and Fiorte is formed when we send this confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, stock errors or pricing errors, in which case we refund any payment in full.
7. Delivery
We deliver to the address you give at checkout, within the times described in our shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
8. Cancellation and returns
You may cancel an order free of charge before it has been dispatched, as described in our cancellation policy. You may return goods within 30 days of delivery under our returns & refunds policy. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you also have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason; our 30-day return period includes and extends this right. You can use our withdrawal form.
9. Faulty goods
If a product is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it in line with your statutory rights. These terms do not limit any rights you have under consumer law.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this website is owned by or licensed to Fiorte. See our intellectual property notice.
11. Liability
We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our negligence. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
12. Personal data
We process personal data as described in our privacy policy and cookie policy.
13. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country. If you have a complaint, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it.
