If you want to return your order, you can use this form. You do not have to use it: a simple email with your order number and the items you are returning is enough. You have 30 days from delivery to tell us; this is longer than the 14-day withdrawal period required by EU law. Read the full returns & refunds policy.

What happens next

  1. We confirm receipt of your withdrawal by email and send you the return address.
  2. You send the items back within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered.
  3. We refund the price of the goods to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
