Cancellation Policy

Cancelling an order

You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not been dispatched. Email us at rjkholding@outlook.com or use our contact form as soon as possible, and include your order number.

If your order has not yet shipped, we cancel it and refund the full amount to your original payment method. You receive a confirmation email once this is done.

If your order has already shipped

Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled. You can still return it within 30 days of delivery under our returns & refunds policy.

Changing an order

Need a different size, colour or delivery address? Contact us before your order is dispatched and we will do our best to update it.

Cancellations by Fiorte

In rare cases we may need to cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred. We will let you know by email and refund any payment in full.
